Between us, we lived through hormonal chaos, weight that wouldn't budge, anxious attachment patterns, breakups, grief, insomnia, autoimmune disease, and years of anxiety. We tried everything, but nothing truly shifted it until we learned to work with our nervous systems and break the patterns we'd spent years trying to think our way out of. Our method is built on the latest research in nervous system science, polyvagal theory, and Neuroplasticity. From coaching to the membership, we retrain the nervous system to shift the patterns keeping you stuck, move beyond the thinking mind and into the body, and rewire unconscious behaviors into new shifting rituals. We are licensed integrative somatic practitioners, trained under Dr. Rachel Eva Dew at the Integrative Wellness Academy. The research has been there for years. Most of the industry just isn't using it.

What is Shift, exactly?

A women's emotional health company. We work the root underneath the ways you feel stuck, in your body and in your life, using one method: Awareness, Gap, Shift. You can work with us 1:1 through coaching now, or inside the membership when it opens in September.


Is this therapy?

No. We're not therapists and we don't diagnose or treat clinical conditions. Therapy often looks back to understand. We work with your body and nervous system in the present, to change the patterns driving how you feel. It's a complement to clinical care, not a replacement.


How is this different from everything I've already tried?

Most of what you've tried works on the symptom or the thinking mind: the protocol, the mindset, the plan. We work one layer down, with the patterns your nervous system runs on autopilot. That's the layer that has to shift before anything on top of it holds.
